Diamond Sharp Same day instrument sharpening

We use the Diamond Sharp technique to carefully and professionally sharpen your instruments by hand. We test each instrument for sharpness with an acrylic test stick. 

Yes, all instruments are required to be sterilized before pick up. We suggest sterilizing them upon return as well. 

For same-day mobile service it will take approximately 1-2 hours depending on the volume of instruments that need sharpening. 

For mail-in orders, your instruments are sharpened on the day of your booked appointment and sent out to you the next business day via priority shipping. 

We come to you! We sharpen on site in our mobile sharpening van or in your office. 

Mail-in orders are sharpened at our headquarters in Toronto. 

We recommend having your instruments professionally sharpened every 3-4 months. Every office will vary based on how frequently the instruments are used, and you can set your own schedule.

No. Keeping your instruments sharpened properly can reduce the need for re-tipping.

Yes! We accept all brands. In the event an instrument is not salvagable we will let you know. 

First make an appointment. Then print and fill out our order form to send along with your instruments. 

Please make sure your package arrives at least one day prior to your scheduled appointment. We will sharpen your instruments on the day you booked and they'll be sent out to you the next business day.
